From the sales side to the service side they have A+ customer service!! We bought a brand new Salem Cruise Lite and it is a dream! Now, we did have a couple issues: one a major one BUT Brannon and Scott took care of us with no problems and we were back out camping that weekend! I was able to find just what we wanted in our Salem cruise lite trailer. living 6 hours away it was great to be able to do everything online or over the phone with ray (our sales rep.) when picking up the unit I got a very personal tour of the trailer and it's operations. all the options were installed and ready to go. paperwork was made easy in the office. 100% excellence in every step! We had a great experience with the purchase of our new 232RBXL Salem Cruise Lite, from start to finish. After months of research, we decided to purchase our RV thru Jeff Couch's RV Nation. They, by far, had the best price available and we were able to buy a 2017. Our salesman, Drake, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of the status of the RV. We live 6 hours away, so we chose to have it delivered. Drake made all the arrangements for delivery. It was in perfect condition upon delivery.
