We had a great experience with the purchase of our new 232RBXL Salem Cruise Lite, from start to finish. After months of research, we decided to purchase our RV thru Jeff Couch's RV Nation. They, by far, had the best price available and we were able to buy a 2017. Our salesman, Drake, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of the status of the RV. We live 6 hours away, so we chose to have it delivered. Drake made all the arrangements for delivery. It was in perfect condition upon delivery. They gave us a date and time of delivery, and was very prompt. They asked where we would like it on our property, and backed it up directly in that location. They also walked around for an inspection before leaving. Would and will definitely recommend Jeff Couch's RV Nation for anyone looking for an RV.
From the sales side to the service side they have A+ customer service!! We bought a brand new Salem Cruise Lite and it is a dream! Now, we did have a couple issues: one a major one BUT Brannon and Scott took care of us with no problems and we were back out camping that weekend! This is a great company with great prices and great customer service! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new camper this is the place to get it!!
From day 1 to the day I drove my Travel trailer home I was highly satisfied. Jason Gray was our salesman. He was not pushy at all. We knew he wanted to make a sale but wasn't over bearing, a very down to earth guy. Kendra and Derek were the ones we dealt with about financing and Derek was the one that we did paperwork with. Same goes for him, very nice down to earth guy. And last but not least our demo guy. I believe his name was Shaun. Very, very good at what he does. From the prep to the demo and the hitching he takes pride in what he does and it shows. He took his time explaining everything he knew. Took the time to answer question we had and never once seemed to be in a hurry. He mentioned that he hopes to be a salesman one day and I hope his wish comes true, he definitely deserves it. Would highly recommend Jeff Couchs RV Nation to anyone. Thanks guys for our first RV.
