I arrived at Jeff Couch dealership just as they were opening. They took me right in and started to work, installing brake control on my truck. While the truck was being worked on, the service manager took me on a tour of the travel trailer I was purchasing. showed me everything about and explained everything very carefully. All the personnel were very courteous. I was in and out the door with a new trailer in less than 3 hours. We had a great experience with the purchase of our new 232RBXL Salem Cruise Lite, from start to finish. After months of research, we decided to purchase our RV thru Jeff Couch's RV Nation. They, by far, had the best price available and we were able to buy a 2017. Our salesman, Drake, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of the status of the RV. We live 6 hours away, so we chose to have it delivered. Drake made all the arrangements for delivery. It was in perfect condition upon delivery. They gave us a date and time of delivery, and was very prompt. They asked where we would like it on our property, and backed it up directly in that location. They also walked around for an inspection before leaving. Would and will definitely recommend Jeff Couch's RV Nation for anyone looking for an RV.
From the sales side to the service side they have A+ customer service!! We bought a brand new Salem Cruise Lite and it is a dream! Now, we did have a couple issues: one a major one BUT Brannon and Scott took care of us with no problems and we were back out camping that weekend! This is a great company with great prices and great customer service! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new camper this is the place to get it!!
